If you would like to readvertise a job advert or you are recruiting again for a similar role, rather than creating a new advert from scratch you can begin with a copy of a previous advert.
Once you are logged in to your myjobscotland account, go to "My Organisations" > Click on your organisation name and a menu should expand. From here you can select an option titled "Jobs"
Here you will see a list of all of your jobs, assuming the job advert you want to copy has already closed, amend the "Open / Closed" dropdown to select "Closed"
Scroll through the list to find the job you want to copy, then on the right hand side you will see an "Actions" button where you can select the "Duplicate" option.
This will open a new job advert form pre-populated with the previous details, you can go through the form to make any necessary amendments before publishing the advert.
