When you are in "My Organisations", click on your organisation name and then "Jobs" from the menu on the right hand side:
This will display a list of all of your adverts.
If you scroll to the bottom of the page, you will see a horizontal scroll bar:
Which allows you to view further columns in your job list:
NOTE:- (Reg/Feat) means if the click came from the regular advert or - if the advert featured - the featured link.
Views = page views
Apply Button Clicks = number of times users have accessed the apply link.
Please remember to include a link to your application process when creating your job advert otherwise the apply button will go nowhere.
